Sabatino’s Support Care was created for our disability community, and our friends and our families who need a better way to access individualised disability support.
Sabatino’s Support Care is a young, ambitious and dedicated provider of disability services formed and managed by skilled and experienced social care professionals.
We have extensive experience in disability care and specialise in tailoring all levels of supports to ensure our participants reach their goals. Our trusted management team and support workers actively inspire and collaborate with our participants, to help them pursue more independent and fulfilling lives.

WHAT IS THE NDIS?
Sabatino's Support Care is a registered NDIS provider
The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) takes a lifetime approach, investing early in people with disability and children with developmental delay to improve their outcomes later in life.
The NDIS is Australia’s first national Scheme for people with disability. It provides funding directly to individuals.
Sabatino's Support Care is a registered NDIS provider, helping you create your plan, and then using it.
The NDIS works with suitably experienced and qualified partner organisations to deliver local area coordination and the early childhood approach to Australians with disability, including children with developmental delay.
At Sabatino's Support Care we are the face of the NDIS in our community.

* 40,496 people in WA benefitted from NDIS support
* 21, 196 people received support for the first time
* 1,535 initial NDIS plans approved

MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Sabatino’s support care provides strength-based mental health services including:Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
If you are a participant with psychosocial disability in the NDIS, you may have funding for a Recovery Coach included in your plan.
Sabatino’s support care Recovery Coaches are either professionally trained and/or have lived experience. Our team’s focus would be to know what your idea of progress and recovery looks like for you.
Sabatino’s Support Care can assist you in the following areas:
- Create a Support Plan that is unique to you.
- Determine your rehabilitation strengths and objectives.
- connect with the services you'll need to help you achieve your objectives.
- Identify activities that you enjoy and participate in them.
EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED STAFF
Sabatino’s Support Care Business Manager is highly qualified with a diploma in frontline management and has 15 years experience in disability and mental health services
